What is Conscious Parenting?
Conscious parenting is the practice of being mindful and aware of who you are as a parent.
By being aware of your inner world, you can better understand the ways in which your childhood and personal experiences affect your relationship with your children. This way of being also encourages you to get curious about your own triggers and how they impact the way you respond to your child's needs.
Parenting is challenging, particularly with young children as they are not always the most reasonable people to deal with. It can feel frustrating as an adult to be patient with a child that has not fully developed rational thought processing yet.
While this can be challenging, conscious parenting provides guidance and tools, such as healthy communication to help set the foundation for your child to believe that you love and support them, despite any emotional state they may be in.
Ultimately, being a conscious parent allows you to help your child build self-esteem and emotional resilience, as well as strengthen your bond with them. And along the way, you will also grow so much as an individual and step into your full potential.

What can you expect from working with me?
Coaching with me will provide you a safe space to explore your emotional needs, your human experience, and your connections with your child, partner and family. We will take a look into your journey and explore what is causing you discomfort in the present moment.
Recognizing the big feelings that lay behind your or your child behaviours is also an important part of the coaching sessions. I will help you explore your inner landscape in a loving and understanding way, and help you develop a self-care practice.
It is important as a parent to model connection to ourselves and to others, model the enjoyment of our inner space and model impulse control. Modelling these skills will show our child that what is going inside of them is beautiful and needs to be explored. They will value their feelings and their inner process.

If you can control your behaviour when everything around you is out of control, you can model for your children a valuable lesson in patience and understanding.

2 explorative sessions to get a flavour of what working together feels like
If you wish to question your beliefs, your preconceived ideas and thoughts, your family values, and understand what is healthy for your child in current and future situations, this option is for you.
Together we will explore ways to help your child feel safe, seen and loved, and build strong foundations for your child to become free to be their authentic selves.

An intimate container to deep dive into your parenting journey
Dive deeper in the conscious parenting journey and explore how your own childhood has shaped your view of the world, yourself, and your understanding of what acceptable and unacceptable childhood behaviours look like. By revisiting your own childhood triggers and traumas, you will be better able to respond to your child’s behaviours instead of reacting to them.
We will also explore the big feelings that lay behind your child's behaviours and develop ways to respond to them by connecting with your child instead of correcting.
As a parent you always have a choice when faced with difficult situations and emotions. You can feed into rigid responses like sarcasm, avoidance, or disengagement, or you can do the opposite, moving toward the difficult emotion with compassion, curiosity, love and acceptance. Being accepted, seen and loved unconditionally is what every child needs.
In our journey together you will learn how to help your child become freer by developing :
